Sharing the same database with Viking Web, Viking Call brings sophisticated calling features directly to your fundraising database.

Other products require programmers to move data back and forth between your fundraising database and your calling database. Viking Call eliminates this hassle and ensures that your callers are never working with stale data. And it takes just a few minutes to generate new calling efforts using Viking Call's wizards.

  1. Your callers will never see stale data again.  Like Viking Web, Viking Call is a native Oracle application. It shares the Viking database with Viking Web, which means most data moves automatically between the two.  
  2. Your gifts and pledges will never need to be entered manually because Call will create them for you.  Your gift entry staff need only verify the batches and then post them. 
  3. Biographical changes entered by the callers are easily and quickly reviewed by your records department and then automatically applied to the appropriate records.
  4. Creating new calling efforts is a snap with Viking Call.  Because our wizards walk you through the steps, a new effort can be created in a matter of minutes with no programming required at all.  You can go from zero to ready-to-call in less than 10 minutes.
  5. The Caller screen is at the heart of Viking Call.  This screen is divided into two halves. The left side displays information about the current call while the right side displays information about the prospect and their spouse.
  6. From this single screen, callers have access to all the information they need to successfully make a call.  Quick links provide easy access to appropriate caller scripts and to screens that allow them to quickly and easily accept a gift, schedule a pledge, or update the prospect's biographical information. 
  7. Viking Call guides the callers through each step of each call.  When they've completed a call, clicking "Next" will display their next prospect automatically.
