We provide a variety of on-going support services for our software clients.

System updates ensure that your software is up-to-date and functioning correctly. We happily entertain requests for system customizations that are needed to meet evolving customer needs. Ongoing training is always available.  

Our support line responds to customer questions and requests by phone, email and text.

System Updates.  Our software is continually evolving, usually as a result of customer requests and suggestions. Periodically, we offer software updates. These updates are always fully documented and easy to install. In fact, they're so easy to install that we'll install them for you if you want.
System Customization.  Each of our clients is unique. Where needed, we work with you to make sure that our software is meeting your custom needs and requirements.
Custom Reports.  It's easy to create new reports with our reporting tools. But sometimes your staff doesn't have time to create a new report or would like some guidance on how to meet a particular reporting need. We're always happy to help or even create the nrew reports for you.
Ongoing Training.  Training is important if you are going to make the most of any business software. New requirements for training occur when staff changes or when you decide to begin using another component of the software that you had previously not used. We can provide training for your staff on any part of the software and recommend best practices that will help you achieve the most from your efforts.
Product Consulting.  There are many ways to use most business software systems. Some ways are better than others. We're always delighted to help our clients learn how they can best take advantage of the features our software offers.
Customer Support.  Sometimes, you just need some help. Perhaps you're having trouble finding the answer to a particular question or perhaps you need some help with a report. Or you think you've found a bug (heaven forbid!). We're only an email or a phone call away. And we're always willing to help. We try to answer questions within 24 hours, even on weekends. Sometimes, we're able to answer a question or provide assistance within five minutes. You have our assurance that we'll always do our best to provide you with excellent customer service.
